OUR MISSION

Encouraging Children and Adults with special challenges to Grab the Reins of life with HOPE

HOPE is a member operating center of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA), a network of over 650 throughout the United States and Canada.

HOPE has provided hrosemanship opportunities at the Island County Fairgrounds since 1986. In 1997, through a generous grant from the Boeing Employees Good Neighbors fund, and a tremendous offering of volunteer effort, a new facility was built adjacent to the arena where classes take place. This building now houses the HOPE office, tack room and a meeting room that also provides a wonderful view for spectators.

HOPE is a non-profit, volunteer based organization. All donations of time, talent and money are not only greatly appreciated, but essential to operate a quality program.

If you would like to become a special part of HOPE as a participant, volunteer or to help with funding please contact us today.
